How long will my order take to get to me? Why is there no tracking number?
We're located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Depending on location, shipping time varies greatly.
Most orders are shipped via lettermail unless tracked shipping is selected and paid for at checkout. Tracked shipping is provided within Canada for items requiring a parcel. Tracking codes will be included inside your shipping notification!
Lettermail orders within Canada can be expected within a few days and up to two weeks during busier seasons.
Lettermail delivery to the US can take over a month or two depending on location.
Delivery to international locations varies greatly. Some customers have recieved their lettermail in a week and some have been up to two months.
Please contact me after the two month period for both US & international lettermail orders for a replacement.
US specific information:
Delays have been crazy since Trump implement the tariffs and removed the $800 duty free policy (he sucks, I hate him). If you don't receive your order by the end of the 2 month period, send me a message and I will resend your order. If you'd like it tracked, you will have to pay for shipping.
Prints do not have tariff fees as they're made in the USA (yipee). Stickers and washi tapes do have an additional tariff fee, but it is very affordable through Canada Post/USPS.
I have yet to have any issues with tracked orders to the US.
What are your processing times?
My processing times are typically 1-5 business days and sometimes the same day as your order. Processing delays are due to holidays or an influx of orders after a sale. I'm a one person team!
It is important to note that shipping notifications do not always mean that your item has been issued to the post office. I try my best to take your shipments the same day as your shipment notifactions. Orders placed on Friday to Sunday typically get taken to the post office the following Monday or Tuesday due to shortened Canada Post hours on the weekends.
If things are extremely delayed, you will be notified, but I am devoted to getting your merchandise to you quickly and safely.
Why don't you ship items requiring parcels to the EU anymore?
Due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), I cannot ship my products to the EU. I'm able to send flat lettermail, so stickers and smaller prints are still available :) Please reach out if you have any further questions! I still ship to European countries outside of the EU.
I've been trying to figure out a way to ship parcels, but they still don't have an actual guide for international sellers.
Why does my order have different shipping fees for different items?
Big cartel is WEIRD when it comes to shipping. Unlike Etsy and Shopify, they don't combine the different shipping costs and default to the higher price. Their other option is not made for lettermail or easy to use with shops outside of the US (as it's defaulted to USPS, not other country's mail services).
I've priced these items to ship together and minimize possible shipping cost discrepancies. If there are discrepancies larger than $5, I will refund the difference. All items will be shipped together!
